Returns and exchanges
Your satisfaction with our products is very important to us. Try on the jewelry, show it off to all your friends, and see what outfit it goes with. If you are still not satisfied and only 30 days have passed we guarantee you a full refund or exchange for another beautiful jewelry item. But the item must be returned in its original unaltered state. Any damaged or engraved jewelry will not be accepted. On the other hand, if the item is received damaged please return it promptly for an exact exchange.
- Include a copy of your invoice or your order number.
- For your sake please return all items via a secure shipping method that can be tracked: UPS, FedEx, or USPS with the Delivery Confirmation option.
- Clearly state if you would like a Refund or Exchange for the item.

Please allow 10 days for the shipping and processing of your return. Once your refund has been processed we will notify you be e-mail.
Credit Card Refunds
You will be refunded by the same credit card you used to pay for your order.
You will be refunded by the same PayPal account you used to pay for the order.
Money Order Refunds
We will issue a check for the refunded amount. The check will be sent to the billing address. No Check refunds for a return under $5.00.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- The refund may not show up on your statement immediately. Please allow yourself one monthly bill cycle to go by before checking for your credit.
- If you return part of an order you will only be refunded for the returned item.
